This unit is also stand alone but 1 to 4 or more can be build on one plot depending on the size of the plot.

LUXURY SPA FLAT APART HOTEL ( BLOCK ) ( 4 - 8 appartments with each two mastersuites and 1 or two extra double beds )

This unit can also be build stand alone ( and a plot can hold one or more depending on the size of the plot ).
However like it is designed here it is part of a hotel or apart hotel.

More windows ( or possibly doors ) can be added on the outsides of the building.

Central stairs and the elevator lead to a hudge solarium with spectacular views and sea views.
