with possibility to extend the kitchen (indoor and or outdoor).
The restaurant extends outdoors to the internal garden and/or to the front ( and to the optional solarium ).
The restaurant and kitchen and extended kitchen can serve indoor and outdoor.
A variation with extended internal garden is available.
The pool in the internal garden or patio is ideal for a water feature(s).


The Solarium (optional) :
Large solarium.
Comfortable stairs.

This model can be adapted to the wishes of the investor.
This model will be upgraded soon.
