This is an example how the blocks should/could be walled.
The wall will feature lights ( at low height and at regular distances ) that will illuminate the footpaths and the roads.
It is a very nice and functional illumination ( causing very limited light pollution. So we will stay one of the best spots in the world for stars, satellites and milky way spotting ).

This way, together with underground cabling ( we are the only project in the region that has ) we will have NO (ugly) wires in the air.

Possibly the illumination cables will be used for broadband internet over powerlines ( interference free since no devices that can cause interference ).
No expensive repeaters and / or multiple PLC technologies needed ( just clear signals or no noice on the system ).
This independent power line represents an independent line for broadband over powerlines without its typical problems as interference
( because of no devices that create interference. eg fridges are on the typical powerline ) and need of repeaters
( because there will be no or very limited size and number of transformers on this line, simply because the consumption is very reduced because it is not a source of power to the houses just powering the footpath lights )
will be an option for this project.

If one day we want to run a intelligent condominium (instead of house) with inteligent houses we are ready with an interference free and transformator free (smart) grid ( dedicated ).
( intelligent home = home with automation for remote control of lighting and appliances without installation of additional control wiring ).
At the same time a smart grid ( smart grid will play a much more important role in the future ).

No expensive repeaters and / or multiple PLC technologies needed ( just clear signals for the internet and failure less working smart grid ).

If you this is too technical or far away, then this just means nice and efficient street lights with more options for the future for efficient energy use and better adapted for the use of wind and solar energy.
Nobody will be obliged to use this system ( it is just an option ).
