Hi, we are Betty and Theo and we come from the Netherlands.

We are very proud of our house and more than satisfied with our investment.
We always tell others "we got much more than expected".

Beginning of March we returned to Holland after a 5-month stay in Paradise.
We spent the (European) winter in Brazil, sun, sea, no heating bills and, most of all, the lovely people and lifestyle.
No stress.
We have done this several times now.

In 2004 we bought a nice 3-bedroom apartment in a luxury condominium in Natal.
It was our daughter who insisted on showing us this project.
We fell in love with the location and houses straight away.
We bought a plot and villa instantly.
When the villa was finished it was so much bigger than we expected, that we bought another plot for the swimming pool.
It is a dream comes true.
We feel like we won the lottery.

Instead on enjoying Natal for a few weeks a year we now spend 5 or 6 months at a time in paradise now.
We will apply for a permanent visa to be able to come an go when we want or stay longer.
We sold our apartment in Natal.
It turned out to be a safe investment.
And so is our house in paradise.
Last year we registered our properties in the notary office.
